A practical pattern for turning application analytics into a one-page executive brief.
Start with the question the meeting must answer. Pull only the metrics required for that answer. Annotate exceptions. End with options and a recommended path.
Dashboards stay for analysts. Briefs travel to leadership. Confusing the two is how meetings fill with status instead of decisions.
