Agreement

By using kernel-gridpath.digital and engaging Kernel Gridpath for executive product reporting advisory services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or request services.

Who we are

Services

We offer consulting engagements such as reporting audits, leadership KPI design, board-ready product packs, and reporting office hours. Website descriptions and prices are informational. A written proposal or statement of work defines scope, fees, and deliverables for each engagement.

No online checkout

This website does not process payments or create binding purchases. Inquiries submitted through forms are requests for contact only.

Client responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, lawful access to analytics tools and report materials needed for the engagement, and timely feedback. You remain responsible for decisions made using our advice.

Intellectual property

Site content belongs to Kernel Gridpath or its licensors. Deliverables created for a client are licensed for internal business use as stated in the statement of work. Templates and methodologies we reuse across clients remain our property.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, scrape it aggressively, or submit unlawful, abusive, or deceptive content through forms.

Disclaimer

Advisory work is provided professionally but without guarantee of particular product outcomes, revenue, board approval, or retention results. Reporting quality depends on data access and client implementation.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by Thai law, Kernel Gridpath is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from site use or advisory work. Liability for a paid engagement is limited to fees paid for that engagement unless otherwise required by law.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Disputes are subject to the courts of Bangkok unless mandatory law provides otherwise.

Changes

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
